Terms and Conditions By booking a service with iMoves Management, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Turnaround & Delivery The delivery date and time selected at booking reflects when your final deliverable will be provided. A minimum 48-hour lead time is required on all bookings. If project files are submitted more than 4 hours post booking, your delivery may be rescheduled. Rush services are available for an additional fee and client must be given written confirmation of approved rush service in advance by someone on the iMoves Management team. Payment All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. No work will begin until payment and required materials have been received. Revisions Each service includes one round of light revisions (technical fixes, minor text adjustments, or clarity edits). Substantial changes to content or creative direction may incur an additional fee. Revision requests must be submitted within three business days of delivery. File Submissions Clients are responsible for submitting all required files and information via the post-booking form. If project files are submitted more than 4 hours post booking, your delivery may be rescheduled. Acceptable file formats include MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV, PNG, JPG, and Google Docs. Missing or unusable files may delay the project or require rescheduling. Project Scope Each service includes only the items listed in the service description. Requests outside the listed scope (e.g., platform uploads, extra revisions, or additional content) will require a custom quote. Cancellations & Refunds All sales are final. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds. If you need to reschedule your delivery date for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the chosen delivery date. One reschedule per booking is permitted. Use of Deliverables iMoves Management reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to delivery. If your content contains confidential or unreleased material, please let us know when submitting your files. Client Responsibility It is the client's responsibility to: * Ensure the accuracy and quality of submitted materials * Respond promptly to communication throughout the project timeline * Review deliverables and request revisions within the stated revision window
